Order processing and delivery

We carefully verify, pack, and dispatch orders to serviceable locations in India. Delivery estimates begin after order confirmation and are not guaranteed dates.

Processing time

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation or COD verification. Weekends, public holidays, high demand, address checks, and inventory validation may add time.

Estimated delivery

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations may require additional time. Available methods, charges, and estimates are shown at checkout.

Tracking and delivery attempts

Tracking details are sent when available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete address and reachable phone number. Re-dispatch charges may apply when delivery fails because of an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated customer unavailability.

Damaged or delayed parcels

For a visibly damaged parcel, record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours. For delays beyond the expected window, share your order number so our team can coordinate with the courier.
